These hats were made by me for my two oldest grandsons back in November of 2010. I used the Knifty Knitter Looms. I don't remember the brand of yarns but they are in an olive green and orange. I made the pom-poms as well. I probably used repurposed plastic bowl lids to create the pom-poms. I'd use cardboard or plastic lids.
